Training philosophy:

We use the fundamentals of strength training; tried and true training methods. We squat, we bench, we deadlift, we sprint, we drag weighted sleds. We lift heavy, we work hard. To become strong, you must be persistent, patient and humble. These seem to be the three key components to moving big weights.
